In the event that you are dissatisfied with a product due to manufacturing flaw, we will promptly replace it upon notification and receipt of unused flawed goods.  Returns and exchanges are accepted of new unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase simply by contacting us and requesting a Return Authorization via email  info@tapestrips.com.
